SPRINGFIELD CARDINALS BASEBALL GAME - Thursday, April 29, 2010

A block of tickets has been reserved for Lions and their guests to attend the Springfield Cardinals game.
You DO NOT have to register for the Lions State Convention to participate at the game.
All tickets are $7.00 each for Lions and family members.
You may order them individually or as a group for your club. Payment must accompany this form. Deadline is Saturday, April 17.
Tickets will be distributed after the deadline by mail, or can be picked up at University Plaza Hotel, at the Lions Registration Desk on Thursday, April 29 after 1:00 P.M.
The NW Arkansas Naturals is the affiliate for the Kansas City Royals.
